Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team in
Ahmedabad and Vadodara. You will play a vital role in shaping the future cybersecurity
professionals by delivering engaging lectures, developing curriculum, and mentoring students.
Responsibilities
Teaching and Lecturing:
▪ Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures on various cybersecurity subjects relevant to
BTech, MCA, and MSc programs. (e.g., Network Security, Cryptography, Ethical Hacking, Digital
Forensics)
▪ Design and develop high-quality course materials, including syllabi, engaging presentations, and
practical exercises.
▪ Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation,
critical thinking, and ethical considerations in cybersecurity.
▪ Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and threats in the cybersecurity landscape.
Research and Innovation:
▪ Conduct research in the field of cybersecurity and contribute to academic publications.
▪ Encourage and guide students in their research projects related to cybersecurity.
▪ Integrate real-world cybersecurity challenges and scenarios into the curriculum.
Mentorship:
▪ Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing projects, internships, or research in
cybersecurity.
▪ Assist students in developing practical cybersecurity skills and applying theoretical knowledge to
real-world scenarios.
Collaboration:
▪ Collaborate with fellow faculty members and industry experts to enhance the cybersecurity
curriculum and program offerings.
▪ Establish connections with industry partners to facilitate guest lectures, internships, and
collaborative projects in cybersecurity.
Professional Development:
▪ Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the evolving cybersecurity
domain.
▪ Attend and conduct conferences, workshops, and seminars to network with professionals and
enhance cybersecurity expertise.
Qualifications
▪ Master's degree (M.Tech/M.Sc) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a closely related field.
▪ A minimum of 6months to 1 year of experience in the cybersecurity field (industry or academic
preferred).
▪ Previous teaching experience at the university level (highly desirable).
▪ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
▪ In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
▪ Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success in the cybersecurity field.
▪ Proficient in using relevant cybersecurity tools and technologies for teaching and research.
▪ Strong research and analytical skills (if applicable).
Advantages
