  • Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Plan & Organize Various Workshops, Seminars & Corporate boot camps.
  • Knows Local/Regional Area Marketing Of Education Industry/Sector.
  • Generating Appropriate Leads from different colleges and websites for conduction of workshops as well as summer training.
  • Calling Engineering Colleges, Schools, Investigating Agencies & Corporates and giving them proper details about training programs & services offered by Techdefence.
  • Taking regular Email and Telephone follow ups of participants & clients.
  • Maintaining Good Relations with new as well as existing clients.
  • Plan & execute quality academic implementation and change-management across schools through regular and calendar school and Collages visits, high impact teacher training , timely audit reports and academic queries resolution and end-to-end solutioning.
  • Plan and organize Batches for Techdefence Courses and UG/PG Programs at Techdefence Partner Universities.
  • Calling Students / Interested Leads for Visiting University Campus and Pitching Techdefence Courses.
  • Following up with students and converting leads into admissions.
  • Maintaining relations with students.
